In simple words we can say that a Test is a tool to measure some sample of behavior, which giving a numerical value (data) to a test called Measurement, interpretation of that numerical values (data) is called Assessment and giving a judgment or decision about the worth, value, or standard of something according to some values or regulations is called Evaluation
